I am grateful for meditation. I have been doing lots of his lately to help me sleep and relax. I like it because it takes me away and helps me forget about things going on in life for a bit. In Yoga on Thursday Night we did some of this. We went to our Secret Garden. For a moment I was in a place that made me feel calm and relaxed. When I was doing my morning meditation yesterday I thought about that place. It made me relaxed and ready to face the day.
