I am blessed that today I got to share my Yoga with my students.
First off we did tree pose. That is easy and something that everyone can do.
Then we did some downward dog. This is something that took me a very long time to master. I got down and did it without having any trouble.
Then we did Warrior 1, 2, and 3. I have always been good at Warrior 3. That one is a good hip opener.
We finished up with a little breath of fire just to get the blood moving and for a laugh. This is where you stick your tongue out and pant like a dog or breath through your nose like a mad bull.
I am going to lean more poses to do with my students.
