I am blessed that today I got to spend the day in prayer and meditation. This is a way to free my mind. When I meditate it is a way for me to hear from God. Sometimes in meditation God often shows me what he has I store for me.
Meditation is something that I have used as a tool to help me through grief and to heal. It has helped me deal with stress. It has helped me to relax and sleep.
Meditation has many benefits.
-Reduces stress
-Promotes Emotional Health
-Lengthens attention span
-May reduce memory loss
-Can generate kindness
-Helps fight addictions
Meditation has so changed my life. I am blessed that I have found it.
