I am blessed:

That I got to sleep in today. That I got to wake up and spend time with God. That on this cold day that I have a warm place to sleep. I am glad that I had warm food to eat when there are people that have none. I am glad to have a week off of work to just relax and recharge. That life is good and that everything is ok.

I am blessed that I got to spend part of my day with Aunt Joem. She is a great person in my life. I am blessed that I got to relax for awhile when I got home from the activities of the day.

I am blessed that despite over sleeping I was able to get up, get ready, still have my prayer time, and get off to church on time. I am blessed that I got to study God's word and sing some great hymns.

I am blessed that God has given me another day to be on this earth. That he is with me every step of the way .

That tonight I could share a wonderful Turkey Dinner with people who are near and dear to me. The dinner was so good and the company was just as good. I love times like these in life. God has really blessed me so much.

I am blessed:

For Fridays without students: So I can finally sit down and enjoy lunch and so many other things that I don't get to do during the week. For car rides where I can take time to enjoy music that uplifts me. For daily prayer time when I can talk to God who already knows what is on my heart.

For cool weather that reminds me of what it says in Ecclesiastes 3:1-For everything that happens in life—there is a season, a right time for everything under heaven. That everything in this life has a reason for happening. God has planned out our lives before we came into this world.

For life such as it is. God has it all planned out for me and I need to accept that plan. God is good.

That students invite me to interact with them in play. That I get hugs, love, smiles, and laughs today. That when I got home I could relax. That I had a good nights sleep. That I got to spend time with God this morning. That life is good. That no matter what life throws my way that God is always with me.

That even though I don't believe in Santa Clause I can chare with children the joy of what Santa Clause means to them. That I got to share a Thanksgiving meal with children who may not have one on Thanksgiving. I got to share love, hugs, smiles, laughs, and memories. I got to relax when I got home. I am blessed that life is good.

For a good nights sleep. Getting up early to spend time in prayer and meditation. For doing puzzles, making monsters, building buildings, reading books, sharing hugs, sharing smiles, and more. For being able to relax when I got home. For studying God's word with others. For faith in God.
