Blessings A Day 2019-Day 243 #Blessings2019 I am blessed that I got a good nights sleep and that I got to sleep in today. I am trying to fight off some sinus/chest thing so I needed sleep. I am blessed to see a last minute church bulletin board idea come to life and look great. I was going to make handprint flowers and then turned it into handprint leaves on a tree for Grandparent's Day. I am blessed that I was able to have a day to relax after a crazy week. Things are good, but I am so glad to have a 3 day weekend.

Blessings A Day 2019-Day 242 #Blessings2019 I am blessed that today was a great day. It was so nice out. God is good. I am blessed that I can spend time with family and friends after a long day of work. I am blessed that I came home a good tired today. Partly due to this sinus/allergy thing that I am fighting off. I am blessed that this life may not be prefect, but it is mine. I am blessed that I have a 3 day weekend to rest up and get over this stuff.

Blessings A Day 2019-Day 241 #Blessings2019 I am blessed that today was a good day. I come home tired, but it is a good tired. I am not stressed out. I feel like I have accomplished a lot so far this year. I love what I do. I get up every morning and don't have to make myself get out of bed. I want to get out of bed and go to work. I love the daily hugs, smiles, and the I love You Miss Anne from former students. This tells me that what I did in the past was worth something. This Summer at Day Camp I got to see students who I have watched grow up show me that I am right were God wants me to be. It is a great feeling to know that I have made a difference in a child's life. I have come so far and I am not looking back. The past is just that, the past. I am pressing forward. God has my back.

Blessings A Day 2019-Day 240 #Blessings2019 I am blessed that today I got to share my Yoga with my students. First off we did tree pose. That is easy and something that everyone can do. Then we did some downward dog. This is something that took me a very long time to master. I got down and did it without having any trouble. Then we did Warrior 1, 2, and 3. I have always been good at Warrior 3. That one is a good hip opener. We finished up with a little breath of fire just to get the blood moving and for a laugh. This is where you stick your tongue out and pant like a dog or breath through your nose like a mad bull. I am going to lean more poses to do with my students.

Blessings A Day 2019-Day 239 #Blessings2019 I am blessed that I had a good day. Came home, relaxed, and went to yoga. I needed yoga because I needed to work off some tension. I feel good. Life is good.

Blessings A Day 2019-Day 238 #Blessings2019 I am blessed: That today went better than I thought. I am apt to think the worst is going to happen and then I get a surprise. I am excited for tomorrow. Taking each day one day at a time.
