Attitude of Gratitude - Day 181 #AttitudeOfGratitude2018 #grateful #thankful I am grateful that this week went well. I pray that Hannah and Austin come to know the Lord. I pray that they accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. I pray that they will get to know Jesus in their life like I have in mine.

Gratitude 2018 Day 180

Attitude of Gratitude - Day 180 #AttitudeOfGratitude2018 #grateful #thankful I am grateful for the fact that Hannah and Austin have had a great week. As busy as they have been they still keep on going. I don't know how they do it.

Gratitude 2018 Day 179

Attitude of Gratitude - Day 179 #AttitudeOfGratitude2018 #grateful #thankful I am grateful this morning for the change that I am seeing in Austin that is for the better. His whole attitude has changed. Tuesday after a fight with Hannah I suggested that when he got mad to talk to God. Tell him how he felt and let God be in control. I told him he could simply say God you got this. It works when you are mad or sad. Yesterday in the car on the way to camp Austin out of the blue started talking to God about his Dad and Hannah. It was so beautiful. Then after VBS he was so nice. He helped Hannah to the car cause she was not feeling well. Then when we got home he helped her in the house. He even volunteered to help with some of the chores around the house. In February when he came to live with us this would have never happened. He would have yelled and screamed. He would have gotten into a battle with Hannah. He sure has made a change

Gratitude 2018 Day 178

Attitude of Gratitude - Day 178 #AttitudeOfGratitude2018 #grateful #thankful I am grateful for the memories I have of Day Camp at Camp Paddy Run and Bible School at Valley Baptist (then it was Lost City Baptist). The teachers that I had were great. I am blessed this week to get to teach my lesson next to one of my former Day Camp teachers. You never ever forget those that make an impact on your life. Those that have had an influence on the person that you have become. I hope that Hannah and Austin will remember the teachers that they have had at bible school and camp for years to come. God bless all of you for you willingness to share the love of Jesus with others.
