I am grateful for AC. I grew up in a house that never had it. Summers were awful. I hated it because we had to use fans to get cool. Now that I live with AC when I don't have it I know how much I am thankful for it. For those that have never had AC they are use to making due without it. AC is great when it works and when it doesn't it is a pain.
