I am grateful for pain. Pain tells me that I am alive. Last night my back hurt when I went to bed.I tossed and turned all night trying to find a way to lay that it would not hurt. I am guessing that the back pain goes along with my feet pain from yesterday. Wide awake at 1:30 talking to God about the pain. Maybe this was my body's way of telling me to let things go and let God be in control.
