Day 17 of 180 Days of #choosekind:
I chose today to sit whit a child and talk to him about why he missed his Mommy. It helped that I knew his Mom and told him that I was sure that Mommy was very proud of what a big boy he was. I also told him that whenever he was sad and missing Mom that he could come and hug me.
Then I talked to him about how lucky he was to get to see his Mom since mine is no longer with us. This little boy put a smile on my face and told me that he would share his Mommy with me. That she could be my Mommy too.
